Why Massage?

Massage is complementary to many of the other treatments offered at Better Health. As a complementary treatment, massage is often used either before or after other treatments, such as chiropractic adjustments, physical or occupational therapy, DRS low back pain treatment and MCU neck pain therapy.

During a massage, our licensed massage therapist uses their hands to work – or massage – the body’s soft tissue, including the muscles, tendons and ligaments. As with all our therapies, your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance during a massage.
